At Worldwide 1991, we stand behind the craftsmanship of everything we make. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before finalizing your order.
1. Return Window and Conditions
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date (as indicated by the carrier's tracking number). To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors, stains, or pet hair.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Inspection process: All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our facility in Israel. If an item is found to be damaged, washed, or worn, the return will be rejected, no refund will be issued, and the item will only be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Authorizations
- Customer Responsibility: Except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to us in Israel. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Authorization Required: You must contact us at info@worldwide1991.com to receive an authorized return authorization and the correct shipping address before sending your package. Do not ship items back to the address listed on your original package label. Unauthorized returns will be rejected or lost, and no refund will be issued.
- Tracking Mandatory: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Worldwide 1991 does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for return shipments lost in transit.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will resolve the issue immediately with a full refund or a free replacement.
- Reporting Window: You must notify us within 24–36 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window will not be approved.
- Proof Required: You must email info@worldwide1991.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic proof of the defect or damage.
- Once our team verifies the issue, we will issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) or dispatch a replacement package at no extra charge.
4. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Any item returned more than 14 days after its verified delivery date.
- Items purchased during seasonal clearances, promotional flash sales, or marked as "Final Sale".
- Gift cards or digital vouchers.
- Items returned without prior email authorization from our team.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Note on Banking Delays: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account statements.
6. Exchanges & Sizing Adjustments
We understand that choosing the perfect fit for unisex apparel can sometimes be tricky. If you ordered a size by mistake and need a different size or style, we are happy to facilitate an exchange subject to the following protective terms:
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to active stock availability. Because we run limited item productions, we cannot guarantee your replacement size will be in stock by the time your return reaches us. If your size is sold out, we will issue a store credit gift card instead.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is strictly responsible for all shipping costs to return the incorrect item to our facility in Israel. Additionally, a standard re-shipping fee will be invoiced to the customer to cover the cost of dispatching the new replacement item back to their destination country.
- Alternative Option (Store Credit): To bypass international transit delays, you may opt to return the item for store credit. Once the item is approved by our inspection team, we will issue an electronic gift card for the full value of the product, allowing you to re-order the correct size seamlessly.
