Thank you for shopping with Worldwide 1991. We are dedicated to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing window: All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli national holidays).
- High-volume periods: During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Domestic Shipping (Israel)
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

Rates:
- FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over 500 NIS.
- For orders under 500 NIS, standard local carrier rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
3. International Shipping (Global Coverage)
We ship to every country across the globe, provided there is an active, functional courier or postal route available to that destination from Israel.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (depending entirely on the destination country's customs processing speeds and local postal infrastructure).

Rates:
- FREE international standard shipping on orders over $200 USD (approximately 750 NIS).
- For orders below $200 USD, real-time carrier shipping rates apply and are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Service Limitations: While we aim for universal delivery, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions experiencing active geopolitical embargoes, total customs shutdowns, or complete postal service suspensions. If a route becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- Customer Responsibility: Worldwide 1991 is not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), import fees, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees incurred, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
5. Tracking and Carrier Transitions
- Tracking Number: Every order includes full tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email, and you can monitor it via our Track Order page.
- Carrier Hand-off: International shipments originate with Israeli postal/courier services and are handed over to your national postal service (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Japan Post, or SingPost) once they clear entry customs. If your tracking status stops updating, we highly recommend pasting your tracking number directly into your local country's official postal website.
6. Incorrect Delivery Addresses & Lost Packages
- Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify shipping addresses once the package has been dispatched.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address details, or failure to collect the package from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
- Lost Items: Worldwide 1991 is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed missing by the buyer. Please contact your local carrier to open a geolocation claim.
7. Remote Logistics, Delays, and Force Majeure
While we utilize reliable international networks to reach the most remote locations worldwide, Worldwide 1991 is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our structural control. This includes extended customs clearance bottlenecks, national strikes, severe weather events, local infrastructural collapses, or sudden regulatory shifts in the destination country.
